Pillar 1 — Health & Nutrition

Healthier women, healthier children, healthier futures.

We educate communities on balanced diets and food security, support maternal and reproductive health, and partner with schools to build lifelong healthy habits.

Nutrition & food security

Education on balanced diets, growing and preparing nutritious food, and home and school gardening projects to ensure long-term food sustainability.

Maternal & reproductive health

Workshops on maternal care, family planning, and reproductive rights — helping women understand their health and make informed decisions.

School health & nutrition clubs

Practical learning about nutrition, hygiene, and gardening — with girls taking leadership roles to promote health within their schools and communities.

Pillar 2 — Economic Empowerment

From household income to economic agency.

We help women build the skills, capital and networks they need to start and grow businesses — and to negotiate from a position of strength.

Business & vocational training

Hands-on workshops in entrepreneurship, tailoring, farming, and other income-generating activities — with mentorship and access to essential resources.

Savings & loan groups

Facilitating access to microfinance, financial literacy, and small business loans so women can build sustainable businesses and financial independence.

Small business support

Mentorship, resources, and market linkages to help women-run businesses thrive — with local and international partners.

Pillar 3 — Outreach & Advocacy

Awareness, rights, and the next generation of leaders.

Sustainable change requires shifting awareness — at the community level, in schools, and within local government. We invest in all three.

Workshops & seminars

Community events on health, gender equality, and economic empowerment that bring evidence-based education to where it's most needed.

School & government partnerships

Collaboration with schools, healthcare centres, and government extension officers to ensure community-wide impact and sustainability.

Youth engagement & FGM advocacy

Leadership training, life skills, and mentorship for young women — and ongoing advocacy on female genital mutilation and gender equality.
